Many of the men's models seem to *only*
go up to 62cm, but some of the Madones go to 64, and some of the Emondas come in 64cm too.
edit - KHS has the "747" which comes in 64 and 66cm! Trek 1.5 64cm, Felt F75X cyclocross bike can be 63cm
