I've been bitten by the retro road bug, not great for my back and neck, but great for my confidence and general health! My riding through my teenage years was all done on a Reynolds steel Peugeot. After years of neglecting cycling altogether, I then took up mountain biking, lots of great adventures have been and gone, including a trip to the Alps!
I brought a retro road bike to cycle to work on, (I like to be different), and haven't looked back!
My late father was a keen cyclist in his youth, riding a fixed wheel to Wales and back in a day!! I'm continuing in his spirit! (pale imitation).
I've recently acquired a Olagnero to add to my Fausto Coppi, I like my 90s bikes!
Now knocking out some serious mileage every week and the mountain bike is becoming an after thought!
Hope to be able to add something positive to this place!
