Hey practical, if it's a 2015 model with the internal cable routing, I found that it is the rear brake/gear cables that are rattling against the inside of the top tube. When I took the bike to my LBS, we went through a series of rattle tests---the ones where we held those cables taught, the rattle stopped.
A small price to pay for internal routing though, I've already gotten to where I ignore it. The rattle of my u-lock dangling from by handlebar is much louder anyway. XD
