Our illustrious "no-tax" Governor tried to boost taxes on bikes by 2% to 7.5% -- only product for which he was suggesting an increased tax -- and got resoundingly shouted down even with his party's majority in the state Congress. You'll no sooner see a use tax than you will bike registration...
