Absolutely - if you are not so much into bikes, perhaps you can find someone in the family would love to ride Grandpa's bike. Retro is cool to the millenniums. And while not an incredibly valuable model, Varsity's were a solid bike. My brother rode one for years, including a 210 mile two day ride.
