Since you have no level of fitness, and you've previously suffered an injury, there is no way to "rapidly" increase exercise activity.
Your post demonstates an everyday truth. "Some people never learn."
A professional coach would suggest you walk 3 miles per day for a week, before even attempting an jogging, or whatever you think you're going to do........good luck.......
