To further muddy the waters around here, I became aware that undercover police in Louisville are using Papa John roof tents on beater cars. I saw one caroming wildly through our neighborhood and I think "
Thats it, phone call time" only to find out two seconds later it was a cop responding to a 911 call in the undercover unit
