That's what they told me when I called. Once I explained that I sweat a lot and don't use a saddle bag while racing and that I intended to use the electronics while racing in a skin suit they admitted it wasn't a good fit for me. Being able to finish a workout, then double click a button on the iPhone screen that would send power and other data to my computer at home or to my coach was a big reason I wanted it to work.
