Yes. Anyting under about 50 F will be noticeably slower. When i left this AM it was 30 F outside. It added about 10 minutes to my normal 1 hour 45 minute ride. I have seen many try and explain why the cold slows you down. I am not sure who is correct. I just know it does and really don't care.

I am just glad i am riding as opposed to wussing out like so many do.
