The Phil Wood hub/MA40 combination will make it easy to sell, as the combination results in a very good quality, strong and versatile wheelset which can bridge across both sport and tour riding.. It will all come down to condition. If the anodizing wear at the braking surfaces is minimal/negligable, you will get good prices, maybe up to 150/160 bucks. In NOS/mint condition, maybe i80+ bucks. but a lot of wear and or dings scratches will take away a good chunk of value, maybe only up to 100 bucks at most.
