If you don't want to chop anything,you could always install a riser bar and flip it upside-down.
That's what I am doing now, the reach still not enough for me. But probably this is the best I can get, because even if I managed a drop bar on it, it will not fold as well because the handle bar will be tucked between the wheels when folded. So probably that's it for me. Thanks.
