Welcome! Even if you haven't ridden in 7-8 years, you'll see that it's like... well riding a bike! You really don't forget.

I just signed up for the forum too, and live in DC. The trails around here are great. Custis, W&OD, Four Mile Run, Mt. Vernon Trail, and the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Trail are some great places to start. If you're up for a day tip, Gettysburg is really fun too.
