I just compared your cable runs, picture on the other thread, to my M SL and yours look to be shorter than on my bike. A little more free housing takes pressure off the entering caliper.

Also, lots of sweat down here in SW FL., today's ride was a good example, and I found that putting some White Lightning Easy Lube WAX on the rear cable ferrule helps in keeping the salty water out of the cable channel down to the caliper.
