From A New Member,Hello Folks.

I've been a dedicated commuting bicycler for a number of years now and have transformed a mountain bike into a very comfortable commuting bike. The suspension seat post and the back shock suspension creates a very comfortable ride, along with other modifications.I've been working and living in the Texas panhandle for over 20 years now and I'm a very rare type of person to ride a bike to work,in this area. The high winds create a need to downshift into the wind. The left side mirror is a very good safety feature for traffic awareness. Now at age 47,my riding time has been, off and on,for 40 years and most of that time has been street time.I'd appreciate everyone's thoughts about bicycle commuting.
