If you want to know about the bike and the rich history surrounding it let me know. It was made by my father. He also made frames for the Belgian Tour de France Team during that time and there was a local racing team sponsored by Takara that he built bikes for as well. If you look on the bottom bracket the serial number will tell you when it was made. His name was R. Coy Minatra and you have one of the finest bikes made in the world at that time. It is brazed with a silver/nickle solder rather than brass. Everything was hand done. I may have filed the lugs myself as a boy. Best regards and enjoy. If you ever want to sell please let me know.
