Okay...now I understand...but what I don't know is "HOW" do I make sure that the pre-load is all the way up?....if you have a fast easy answer it would be much appreciated and meanwhile?...I'll see if I can google something up because from what I understood there is no adjustment on these lower line suntour forks...but I'll look. Thanks!
