Okay so I just finished with a 1966 Raleigh restore and it came out great. Now I am searching for my next project. I am considering this one on craigslist.

as you can see it needs some serious work. My main question is, is it worth 100 in that condition? I dont think so but a second opinion is always nice. Thanks in advance.
