The connector you show looks to be a pretty standard coaxial low voltage power plug with a locking feature on the backshell. If you're handy with a soldering iron (or know someone who is) you could probably make a cord youself. Take the plug down to Radio Shack and get a female mate and another male similar to what you have. You need to take the existing plug with you because there are different sizes that look similar. The extension cord won't have a locking mechanism, but unless you put strain on the cord, you won't need it. If you do, you could heat shrink the connectors together or use a twist tie or something to keep them from separating.

Get a length of reasonably sized speaker cord and solder the new connectors to it. Use some shrink wrap to stabilize and weatherproof the connections and you're good to go.
