Bit confused with this, Tubus don't make solid racks, they are either tubular steel or Titanium, model dependent, not sure anyone makes solid racks either.
What exactly is the question, is it which option to go for, or how do you fit both the the frame? If the frame option, given that they have different mounting solutions (except the Tubus axle mounting option) you should be able to fit both to the Kona Sutra
