I just looked at some old pictures,, and I can't remember what year I bought my PX10.
Could have been 73 or 74. I have the plain lugs but the 531 decal is on the seat tube indicating a 73.
I wonder if it may have been a late model year transition as the supply of fancy lugs ran dry.
