Contact the airline directly, or by their contact form. If you don't get a reply within 48 hours to your answers don't trust them. I just got stiffed out of £500 as did my co-rider for a trip we're starting on Monday because of some crappy unclear misleading information - blog about it: COUCH ON WHEELS: Air Europa and Travelpack. DON'T DO IT!!!

We booked with Turkish Airlines who are great, on the phone and emailing replies. If you do fly with them:

"We can accept the bicycle bag providing that the moving parts including wheels are securely strapped, and the tyres deflated. We can confirm that all the items will be checked in to your final destination."

And they have a generous luggage allowance too:
