It is a 22" or 56cm frame, suitable for riders about 5'7" to 5'10". Looks and sounds to be in great condition.
There probably is $100 in extras, between the Record seat post, saddle, FD, pump, and rack. If you can get it for mid 300's, with the extras, it is a fair deal. Otherwise as others have mentioned, $250-$275.
