Anyone ridden to Bormio in April?
I'm planning a bike tour in Italy for next April and have found a bike path up to Bormio, a common starting place for the big alpine passes like the Stelvio. I don't intend to ride up those, I'm just looking for interesting places to ride a bike.
Since April is a bit early in the year for biking around ski resorts, I was wondering if anyone here has ridden or even been to Bormio in April. I've checked some weather sites and it appears that April in cold in Bormio (high in the high 30s). So, it may not be appropriate for bicycling.
