The way I look at it, the extras are what the seller thought were worthwhile upgrades, not necessarily what I would want to pay extra for. I think a lot of us know what we want and have opinions on what we want to buy for our bikes. Expecting that someone should pay extra for perceived upgrades is not a bygone conclusion. If it were me, I would sell the seat post and derailleur separately. I would put the original saddle on the bike, put a basic seatpost in there, and include all the rest with the sale for $250. As for the bike being serviced "about 2 or 3 years ago", that doesn't equal freshly serviced as far as I'm concerned. My opinion is the seller is lazy and doesn't want to do the work required to sell the bike.
