Active recovery is a great way to help your legs rest and repair. Going easy will help increase blood flow to your legs, so that they can repair and refresh. Active recovery (easy spinning on the bike, walking, etc.) is better recovery than being inactive. 65% is a good target for this sort of ride. Enjoy...
