I have SRAM on 2 bikes; Force on my Ti GT and Red on my Carbon KHS. On both bikes I've fitted their mountain bike rear derailluer (XX) and an 11-32 cassette. Works for me on the Ski-Lift climb, Potrero, Mt. Diablo (steep bit at the summit), Sierra Road, Mt. Hamilton, Powerhouse, White Mountain, Decker, Deer Creek and other "stupid steep" roads that I seem to have erased from my memory.

. . . you just won't like the part about having to fit a new rear derailuer .
