I carry a Unior CassetteCracker, it is less than an ounce, and was pretty inexpensive. It works well. Not sure if you can still find them for sale. The Stein Hypercracker is another more expensive option.

I am not a big fiber fix fan. It is almost as much fiddling around, replaces only one spoke, and you still need to really fix it with a regular spoke. They do fit any size though.
