Might be worth more parted out --- I cant imagine it would have shipped out with Mirage components, and the FSA crank looks like something more modern ---

That said -- Its awesome, as there are likely a lot of Cipo fans out there , and the Red, White, blue theme is neat (Although Cipo is ITalian ?)

At one time , someone could've bought this bike as a bare frame and built it with a Mirage/Scirocco build kit -- which makes a lot of sense for a budget racer when you have to deal with parts breakage and other things --- I know locally a couple of shops in my area would strip new bikes to build up framesets at different price points ---- My first DeBernardi had a Veloce build kit taken from a new Giant carbon fiber bike --- the shop owner likely made a tad more money that way, but the end result was he got a somewhat broke college student on a nice bike for cheap (somewhat cheap)
