2009 giant tcr frame value in a hot market? I'm trying to get a general idea how much would be to much to pay for an entry-mid level frame when building. Pretty sure it's a 2009 giant tcr alliance 1 frame. I think the seller is a flipper and didn't list much about it purposely thinking a buyer will assume it's one off the $2500 bikes and snag someone for the entire bike value. I think the frame was considered mid to entry level, the blue book is $450-615 for the entire bike in fair-good condition, retail msrp was $1700- looks like it needs $200-300 in parts? I can't see much from the photos but from what I can tell I see scratches but no cracks listed as "good condition", I'm not sure if there is a problem with the crank? (or any other immediate problems?)
