I would call her Cyndi as she reminds me of the bright colors Cyndi Lauper wears.

As to the model name? I am not Colnago expert but I think it may be a Sport. Can you post some better pics? Some that sho better views of the lugs, fork cown and components.

With the paint scheme and assuming the Cyclone is original I would say it dates to '84/85ish. Lots of these bikes were sold as frame/fork only and various 'kits' were sold to build them so seldom are two alike.
