My dad is Italian, from Venice, very near to Treviso, where Pinarello is from, he and my uncle knew Giovanni Pinarello personally back in the early eighties, that's how he had it custom made, that is why I believe I haven't found another one. I'm sure there are others out there, but pretty rare. As for the tape, if you were to see the bike now, it is exactly as my photos, as I haven't started the work yet, the one thing I have done though is taken that henious tape off though, I wish I had taken the pictures without it, I think I am going to get a lot of stick for that!
