Thru a comedy of errors, I managed to have a cyclist run into the vehicle I was driving once years ago. I was driving a company vehicle, turned on the street the office was on and saw a cyclist riding down the middle of the road. He was looking over his right shoulder (probably at somebody telling him to look out for me), drifting left into my lane, so I stopped and hit the horn. Turned out the horn didn't work, and I watched this guy (in all the glory of slow motion these things take on) roll into the front of the vehicle at about 5 miles per hour.
