Maybe I am a bit late here on the comment but at the early part of this year I did a 125 mile ride. Now I am used to metrics and imperial centruies when I am in top fitness... let me tell you miles 110 - 125 were very very hard... always keep some kind of bail out ready also... expecially if you bonk...
