It is the most similar version (or better) to the Roubaix that you have. The 9 speed Sportif is $750. The 1.3 C is a Tiagra 10-speed for $799.

The Roubaix does have a more aggressive frame than the Sportif. Only you can determine which one feels more comfortable to you, and which one you're more likely to look forward to riding each day.
