Not really for a bike with a cromor tubing in somewhat rough looking shape with a somewhat hodg podge mix of components that don't match, would say it's only worth $175 give or take. If it was in really nice shape with matching components it would be worth the asking price. As it is presented it would need a complete overhaul $100-150 and another $150 in components to get it nicely setup.
