No pinch flats after 200 miles. Shop pumped them up to rock hard and scarily fast (120 PSI).

I don't ride near curbs or roads. I put the majority (95+%) of my miles on a smooth, maintained length of flat asphalt.

Good question. I don't know. I posted earlier. No one knows. The chips in the brake track have not been staying the way they are ... I've gotten more since the last time I posted. The pads aren't holding any small rocks or anything; I've checked. Maybe I should get a go pro and point it at the brake track.
