Steephill.tv for everything. they put up the last 10km for every stage if you can't watch it there live. For ToC i've been putting the video from the Amgen site and the sound from Eurosport. Slight delay but it is close enough for all but the finish.
I haven't listened to Paul and Phil's babble in years. Eurosport announcers and color commentators actually know the riders, know the racing and have interesting things to say during the middle miles that don't involve what church or windmill is on the side of the road.
