Ha HA! - I do understand you on that one.

I have been looking at some online photos of Schwinn cycle trucks and I have not yet found one with a frame that matches the OP. The varients with the Whizzer motor from the factory have a different frame. The frame in the OP looks almost like it is a standard Schinn Cycle Truck frame that has been cut and re-worked to accept a Whizzer motor kit.

The OP's machine might be of particular intrest to a collector if it happens to be a factory prototype.

I think the OP needs experts in things about which I am no expert, and I am not sure where such experts are to be found. Is there a Whizzer forum somewhere? or mayhap a Schwinn form dedicated to Schwinn industrial bikes?
