I had a nice chat with Rotor. They were very helpful. I came away with 3 suggestions: 1. insure the chianline is correct (43.5mm) 2. check for spacers between the drive side crank arm and BB 3. lengthen the chain.

The chainline is correct on the bike, and there were no spacers present. I did add two links to the chain and that seems to have helped a bit. I'm going to keep working on it.
