Shimano Altus 7/8 sp rearwill be cheaper than the Shimano Deore. I think the Shimano Deore are also 9 sp so you will have to lock the High setting so it doesn't go over.

With Shimano Altus front derailleur make sure you buy one that works with your existing cable system. Some bike pull from the top while others pull from the bottom. You also have to make sure if it is a clap system, that it will accommodate the size of your tube.

If you buy any part online, make sure you ask and are clear that it will work with your set up so you are not having to return the product and then buy another one.
Current Deore is 10 speed, but likely able to still find 9 speed Deore.
