Looks like it would clean up reasonably well. Correct parts.....such as levers and hoods, Simplex seatpost can/do command lofty prices. I have one that needed a set of wheels and was able to find a set dirt cheap at a swap. Find someone who is trying to "unload those obsolete French bits". Build it........and they will come..............
