Likewise here regarding no outwardly signs of an incident having occurred. C6 crack, C5-C6-C7 compressed with slippage, right clavicle crack, long thoracic nerve injury, not even grass stains on clothing since it resulted from an upward ejection from bike with a flat thud landing, meaning zero movement once contact was made. The cracking noises heard upon landing had me take a systems check after making sure breathing was no problem. Wiggle fingers-good not paralyzed then wiggle toes-good not paralyzed, remain motionless and wait for ambulance with trip to ER to follow.

Ambulance trip #1 was to local ER but no neurosurgeon so ambulance trip #2 to ER 2 and hospital stay.
