Dumbster Find: Ross Bike Looking for Guidance

New to the forums and there is a lot of information here. Unfortunately there inst much information on the "Ross" or "ChainBike Corp" bike line, that I was able to see at least. Looking to turn this incomplete frame into a bike that I can cruise around with my 4 year old when he is riding his bike. I was able to find a serial number on the bike but it doesn't match the 1982 or 1985 catalog that is available online. Serial # 1179814122 and the bike appears to be gold. Any suggestions on how to handle this resurrection would be great, any guidance to the read this thread first sticky that has all the info I need would be awesome as well.

I have attached a few pictures that outline the parts that are currently installed.

Appears to have a ROSS Professional sticker residue on the frame.
Sun Tour VX Derailleur (Front and Back)
Takagi Tourney Cranks
Shimano Hand gear lever
Sakae Randnner Handle Bars inscribed with "Road Champ"
F Comps Brakes I believe
