1980's schwinn traveler III overhaul

hi guys i am getting ready to start an overhaul on a schwinn traveler III that i gave to a friend. it's a really nice bike with great paint and shifts through the gears really well already. i have yet to find the actual year it is. my plan is to video document the process of the overhaul to put on youtube so people can use it as a bit of a reference for their old schwinn road bikes. i will also take pictures to post here as well. if anyone has any good ideas to share on what i should focus on for the video please do so.
now for a little history on the bike. about 6 years ago i worked for the bank clearing out houses and doing maintenance. one day we got a job to tear down a shed on a vacant lot. when we got there we tore the doors off and peered inside. there was a lot of trash a lawn mower and a tarp. we started clearing the shed out to tear it down and finally got to the back where the tarp was. i grabbed the tarp pulled and uncovered this bike laying on it's side. WOOHOO!!! i said out loud. i grabbed the bike and put it into my truck. that night i put it in my basement and it had never seen the light of day until today. 6 long years( plus however many years it sat in that shed) later this bike will finally see the road again.
