Calling all the Peugeot (and Vintage Generlists) Experts

I picked up this CL find today for $60, somewhat against my better judgement. It's some sort of Peugeot with a grab bag of components. It has what I think is an old bulky Campy derailleur, Campy cranks with a Shimano RX100 front derailleur and 105 shifters that were both clearly installed later in life. Brakes and levers are Modolo Speedy. Headset is Stronglight and stem ATAX. Can't tell what the Rims and hubs are yet.

Anyway, the frame has no seat post clamp or binder which I've learned is normal on some Peugeots; some sort of wedge in the post that works like a quill stem. The frame is pretty much rust free but was Rustoleumed a long time ago and there are no stickers or numbers to ID. The chrome fork is in good shape and has the prancing lion (or whatever it's called) on the tops of the crown. It looks like it was probably a bronze color at one time (look under the headset) and I think I may see some light blue on the seat tube.

On to the questions:

1) Any idea which model this is and what year?
2) Is it worth putting $ into or better to part out?
3) I figure the cranks have some value. Any value in the old Campy derailleur?
4) Any collectiblity/value to the Modolo Speedy brakeset?
5) Did I just throw $60 away?

I figure if anyone knows the answers to this beast, it's you guys. Thanks!
