NBC normally in the past has had as-live coverage...of course they want you to pay through the nose for it...and their website has historically been best summarized as utter crap.
Eurosport when you subscribe has the last 60km as live available streamed for 5-7 days after the stage...even after you pay for a VPN provider, and the Eurosport subscript itself you're not paying much more for an entire year's worth of Eurosport than what NBC wants for one cycling event.
