I'm glad you've been able to find good deals on old mountain bikes. That's what I'm looking for and all I get are overpriced walmart bikes. It's been 2 months of patiently browsing CL & kijiji and nadda. People are out of their minds here in Montreal when they price their used bikes. I now consider myself super lucky to have scored my old Rocky Mountain a few months back @ $200. Compared to what's out there it was an absolute steal. In any case, I feel your pain.
