What do you mean? BMX-style singlespeed freewheel made for roadbikes? Don't think that exists. Oldschool multigear freewheels did have 14T, and there are 15T MX freewheels with the standard threading as well (These have whacky outboard pawl stuff). Then there are smaller BMX freewheels for special hubs that go down to 12T or so.
