Nah, it's definitely not a Confente. This may seem blasphemous, but I've seen a couple Confentes in the flesh and, while nice, they did not seem to live up to the hype that surrounds them. A Herse would be a far better guess but, alas, the reality is that the item in question is not a bicycle at all. I'm far too cheap to pay
$10k for a bicycle.
