You have committed the sin of posting pics from the non-drive side of the bike
, so I can't tell what components are on the bike, but it has nice wheels and stem. Google Tommasini Competizione and you will find good info on the bike, including some links to these forums.
That bike is a very nice gift. It has a little rust that I can see but if cleaned up and if the components are higher end, as I suspect, I think a fair CL price would be $750-$1000, less if more rust than evident in the pics, more if sold on eBay.
